Are You Suffering from Cabin Fever?
A depression caused from winter that creates
inactivity, weight gain, social withdrawal and sleep
disorders can be diagnosed as the winter blues. Cabin
fever can be brought on by factors like severe storms and
confined spaces. and can manifest itself as boredom,
irritability and sleep loss. Cabin fever strikes most
often during our long, often severe winters, but it can
affect a person anytime of year.
How do you Avoid it?
1. Play a winter sport
2. Start a new hobby
3. Try new things, such as snowboarding,
skiing, or other outdoor activities.
4. Set goals for yourself.
5. Food for the mood is key, eat fruits and
vegetables!
Why is it that guys have to do things for
girls on Valentines Day, why can't girls for guys?
Girls can do things for guys on valentines
day, and they should! It isn't all about the girls on
Valentines Day. It is a day to show love and
appreciation to people, as you should do any other day.
I am not sure why they devote one day out of 365 we have to
do this when you should show people you care about your love
and appreciation everyday. Even little things, such as
compliments!
